HE ATE THIS SALAD AND CLAIMS TO CURE CANCER! (RECIPE AND VIDEO)

In 2003 Chris Wark found out that he was suffering from cancer, and then he was 26. He was told that the cancer is in the third phase.krisHe refused chemotherapy and surgery, and completely changed the diet. He decided to heal himself with healthy eating.

“At age 26, I was diagnosed with cancer in the third stage and they told me that I need chemotherapy, which I immediately refused. I completely changed the diet, in which I included salads and plenty of fruits and vegetables,” said Chris Wark. He decided to provide the body more enzymes, minerals and vitamins.

On his blog, Chris is talking about his struggle with this evil disease and says that squeezed juices from fruits and vegetables is the best ways to supply the body with all necessary nutrients.

Vegetables, plants and seeds are the main ingredients of his salads. He advises avoiding meat and dairy products and claims that the salad is something healthiest that exists.

Vegetables with dark leaves, like spinach incredibly rich in antioxidants that can stop free radicals that harm the body. He claims that the body secretes various digestive enzymes of fruit and vegetables and that’s why these foods should be eaten separately.

This is his salad:

Ingredients: spinach, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, squash, peppers, broccoli, celery, red cabbage, avocado, alfalfa sprouts (they can be replaced with wheat), sunflower seeds, almonds, chickpea sprouts, bean sprouts “Indian bean”, bean sprouts red or green lenses, sauerkraut.

Dressing: extra virgin olive oil, vinegar.

Spices: oregano, garlic powder, curry, cayenne pepper.
